in summary
Who and what gets names

Naming takes place much more frequently in the Likatier tribe than in the average European cultures. This is due to the fact that naming is not only carried out on born children, but also on unborn children, even on children who have passed away or have been aborted earlier, names are given retrospectively as soon as one of the parents becomes a member of the tribe and wishes to do so. Then not only people are given names, but also houses, land, trees, bushes, plant populations, rooms, stairs, cars and much more. The names do not only have a formal function, but they reflect the deep essential world understanding of the Likatians and their love for living beings and things that are never felt only materially by the people in Likatia. With the naming of all this, the tribal members express their respect, respect and spiritual appreciation for the beings and things.
