Trees are the trunk of the Likatier particularly beloved beings, which one treats with great respect and which are not simply felled arbitrarily. Therefore only dead trees, trees broken by the wind or trees heavily infested by pests (e.g. bark beetle infestation) are felled by the trunk members on the forestry areas. Since the wind has broken through a lot of wood in recent years, the trunk was able to meet a large part of its fuel and timber requirements from its own forest.
